The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use” or “Terms”) apply to the products that are ordered through this website (the “Website”) and provided by His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery (“Supplier” “We” or “Our”). The use of the Website, including the ordering of any products from the Website, are conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use.
Products that are provided are supplied “as is” and without warranty to Authorized Users (as defined below) and may differ in respects from those described in the Supplier's catalogue.
These Terms of Use will be interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Eligibility
You may only create an account and place orders through the Website if you are an Authorized User In these Terms of Use, an “Authorized User” means entities that are authorized by the Supplier to use the Website.
Ordering
Only Authorized Users can place an order through this Website. The quantity of products to be ordered should be based on your need.
- the Supplier only accepts orders where: the order is being delivered within Ontario; and,
- the order is being placed by an Authorized User.
The Supplier reserves the right to reduce the quantity of products ordered, not fulfill an order or substitute a product with one that provides the same level of personal protection, if there is not enough quantity of the product that the Authorized User has ordered.
Submission of an order does not reserve stock until you have received an email from the Supplier to confirm fulfilment of your order.
Products
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to cancel an order or limit the order of our products (including limits on quantity) to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis in our sole and absolute discretion. All descriptions of products or product are subject to change at anytime without notice, in our sole discretion. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any item on the Website.
If we cancel or make a change to an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e mail and/or /phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Products will be provided at no cost.
Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate order and account information for all orders made through the Website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address so that we can complete your order and contact you as needed.
We rely on the information you provide through the Website, including, without limitation, registration information (name and email address), delivery address and transaction-related information, which must be accurate, current and complete.
Accuracy of Information on the Website
We are not responsible if information made available on this Website is not accurate, complete or current. In the event you order a product on the Website and we do not have the inventory as set out on the Website, we will notify you.
Prohibited Uses of Products and Website
You agree that you will not (a) use any products ordered from the Website for any purpose other than for your operational requirements as an Authorized User; (b) sell, ship outside of the geographical location where your organization is based, or assign to any other person or allow other persons outside your organization and your clients, patients, and normal stakeholders, to obtain any products ordered from the Website; or (c) directly or indirectly permit any person who is not an Authorized User or who has been suspended or prohibited from using the Website to order products from the Website.

The Supplier and Third Parties are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.

We disclaim all and any representations and warranties and conditions, express or implied, written or oral in relation to the products, including fitness for use or purpose.
